If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, please return the unused merchandise within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you, and we will issue a refund or make the exchange of your choice. A refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling will be made using the same method and to the same credit card used on the original order. On items that we sold with free shipping, up to 40% of the purchase price may be shipping. Returned defective or used merchandise will be inspected, and a handling fee of up to 20% may be charged. Refused Shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping & handling will not be refunded on Refused Shipments. To return the merchandise, simply call us at 1-800-520-0694.
